These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your engagement with Vinith Kumar ("Service Provider", "I", "me") for freelance web development, design, SEO and digital marketing services delivered via freelance.vinithkumardeveloper.site. By hiring me, you ("Client") agree to these Terms.
I provide freelance services including but not limited to: WordPress development, WooCommerce e-commerce, Shopify development, landing page design, SEO optimization, social media marketing, server management and ongoing support.
Each engagement begins with a written proposal (via email or WhatsApp) outlining scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Your acceptance — written confirmation or deposit payment — constitutes a binding agreement.
Every package includes 2 rounds of revisions on design and 1 round on development. Additional revisions are billed at AED 150/hour.
Standard delivery times are stated in each package description and proposal. Delays caused by Client (late content, slow feedback, missing assets) extend the timeline accordingly. I commit to communicating any delays from my side immediately.
If you are not satisfied with the design within 14 days of project start, you may request a full refund of payments made. After 14 days, refunds are not offered but unused milestones may be credited toward future work.
I treat all Client information, credentials, business plans and proprietary content as confidential. NDA available on request.

Each package includes free post-launch support (14–60 days depending on package) covering bug fixes only. Content changes, new features or design updates are billed separately or via a monthly retainer.
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Client pays for all work completed up to termination date. No refunds for completed milestones.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with any disputes resolved in Dubai courts.
I may update these Terms occasionally. Active projects continue under the version agreed at engagement; new projects fall under the latest version.
