Hire a Google Ads expert in Dubai who cares about ROI
Most Dubai businesses waste budget on poorly structured campaigns and weak landing pages. I fix both. As a freelance Google Ads expert I structure tight, intent-driven campaigns and build landing pages designed to convert UAE traffic into enquiries and sales.
Because I am also a web developer, your ads and your landing page are built together β fast, relevant and tracked β which means a higher Quality Score, lower cost per click, and more conversions.
- Search, Shopping & Performance Max campaigns built for UAE intent.
- Conversion landing pages built and tracked, not just ads.
- Conversion tracking & GA4 set up properly so you measure real results.
- Transparent monthly reports on spend, leads and cost per lead.
What Google Ads actually costs in Dubai
Two separate numbers get confused constantly. There is what you pay Google for clicks, and what you pay a person to run the account. Here is how both work β the same figures as my Google Ads cost guide for Dubai.
These are indicative ranges for the UAE market, not guarantees β your actual cost per click depends on competition, quality score and how tightly the campaign is built. On top of ad spend, freelance management typically runs well below the 15 to 20 percent of spend that Dubai agencies charge, and I quote a flat monthly fee so your cost does not rise just because your budget does.
Below roughly AED 2,000 a month in ad spend, I will usually tell you not to bother. There is not enough click volume to escape the learning phase or gather meaningful data, and you will spend the budget teaching Google rather than getting leads. SEO or organic content is a better use of that money β see SEO vs Google Ads in Dubai.
Which campaign type actually fits your business
Google will happily push you into Performance Max on day one because it is easiest for Google. That is rarely the right first move for a Dubai advertiser with no conversion history.
Search
Where almost every Dubai account should start. Someone typing "emergency plumber Dubai Marina" has intent you cannot manufacture. Tight keyword themes, exact and phrase match, and a hard negative keyword list from week one.
Shopping
For any store with a product feed. Merchant Center set up properly with AED pricing, correct VAT treatment and UAE shipping data. Feed quality drives performance far more than bids do.
Performance Max
Powerful once the account has conversion data to learn from. Run too early it simply spends your budget on cheap, irrelevant placements. I introduce it after Search is converting, with asset groups and brand exclusions properly configured.
Remarketing & Demand Gen
For considered purchases where nobody buys on the first visit β property, clinics, B2B services. Audience segments built from real site behaviour rather than one blanket all-visitors list.

Five ways Dubai advertisers burn budget
When I audit an existing account in the UAE, the same leaks appear again and again. Most are fixable in the first week.
- Location targeting set to "presence or interest". This is the single most expensive default in the UAE. It serves your ads to people merely searching about Dubai from anywhere on earth. Set it to "presence" only and watch wasted spend fall immediately.
- Broad match with no negatives. Broad match plus an empty negative keyword list is how a plumbing budget ends up paying for "plumbing courses" and "plumber salary Dubai".
- Sending every click to the homepage. A visitor who searched for one specific service should land on a page about that service with a WhatsApp button, not on a homepage carousel.
- No conversion tracking, or tracking the wrong thing. Counting page views or clicks on a phone-number link as conversions teaches Google to optimise toward the wrong outcome. Track qualified enquiries.
- Ignoring UAE seasonality. Ramadan, Eid, Dubai Shopping Festival and the summer exodus each shift demand and competition sharply. Budgets and messaging that never change across the year leave money on the table.
What happens in your first 30 days
Days 1β3 Β· Audit and foundations
Full review of any existing account, conversion tracking rebuilt and verified, Google Analytics and Search Console connected, and landing pages checked for speed and clarity before a dirham is spent.
Days 4β7 Β· Build and launch
Tightly themed Search campaigns, responsive ads written for UAE buyers in English and Arabic where relevant, a starting negative keyword list, presence-only location targeting, and call and WhatsApp extensions live.
Days 8β21 Β· Learn and prune
Daily search-term review, negatives added continuously, bids and budgets shifted toward what converts, and weak ad variants replaced. This is where most of the waste gets removed.
Days 22β30 Β· Scale what works
Budget moved to the winning campaigns, remarketing switched on, and a plain-English report showing spend, leads and cost per lead β not a wall of impressions and click-through rates that tells you nothing about revenue.
Why Dubai businesses choose me for Google Ads
You work directly with the person running your campaigns β no junior media buyers, no opaque agency retainers. I keep campaigns lean and accountable, and because I build the landing pages too, your whole funnel is optimised, not just the ad click.
Management starts from around AED 1,499 per month with transparent reporting. I also run Meta Ads and LinkedIn campaigns when a multi-channel approach makes sense. For long-term organic growth alongside paid, hire me as an SEO expert in Dubai too.

Frequently asked questions
How much does Google Ads cost in Dubai?
You pay Google for clicks and a manager to run the account. Cost per click ranges from around AED 1 to 5 for e-commerce up to AED 15 to 50 for legal and financial services. A workable starting budget is AED 2,000 to 4,000 a month for local services and AED 5,000 to 15,000 for clinics or real estate. Management is a flat monthly fee, not a percentage of your spend.
What is the minimum budget worth starting with?
Around AED 2,000 a month. Below that there are not enough clicks to exit the learning phase or gather useful data, and you end up paying to train the algorithm rather than generating leads. If your budget is smaller, SEO or organic content is a better use of it.
Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?
No. I charge a flat monthly management fee agreed up front. Percentage-of-spend pricing creates an incentive to increase your budget rather than improve your cost per lead, which is the wrong way round.
How quickly will I see results from Google Ads?
Clicks arrive the day you launch. Meaningful conversion data usually takes two to four weeks, and campaigns typically stabilise around week four to six once negatives are built out and bidding has learned. Anyone promising results in 48 hours is selling you something.
Can you fix an existing Google Ads account instead of rebuilding it?
Often yes. I audit the account first and tell you honestly whether it is worth restructuring or starting again. Accounts with genuine conversion history are usually worth saving, since that history is valuable to the bidding algorithms.
Why is my cost per click so high in Dubai?
Usually a low quality score caused by loose keyword themes, generic ad copy, or a slow landing page that does not match the search. Improving relevance lowers cost per click without touching bids. Location targeting set to include people merely interested in Dubai is another common cause of expensive, worthless clicks.
Do you write Arabic ad copy?
Yes, where it makes commercial sense. Arabic search volume varies by sector, so I test it as a separate campaign with its own budget rather than assuming it will work, and pair it with an Arabic landing page.
Which is better for my Dubai business, SEO or Google Ads?
Ads buy immediate visibility and stop the day you stop paying. SEO compounds but takes months. Most Dubai businesses should run Ads for cash flow now while building SEO for margin later. I have written a full comparison: SEO vs Google Ads in Dubai.
Do you also build the landing pages?
Yes, and it usually pays for itself. Sending paid traffic to a slow or generic homepage wastes a large share of your budget. Because I build websites as well, the ads and the page they land on are designed together rather than blaming each other.
What reporting do you provide?
A monthly report in plain English: what you spent, how many leads came in, what each lead cost, and what I am changing next month. Plus live dashboard access whenever you want it. No forty-page decks full of impressions and click-through rates.
Do I own the Google Ads account?
Yes. The account is created under your own Google account with me added as a manager. If we stop working together you keep the account, its history and all the data. Some agencies keep it on their own MCC and you leave with nothing.
Do you handle Performance Max and Shopping campaigns?
Yes. Shopping needs Merchant Center configured correctly with AED pricing, VAT treatment and UAE shipping data. Performance Max works well once there is conversion history to learn from, so I typically introduce it after Search is producing leads rather than on day one.
